About this role:
This is an entry-level position supporting a marketing team in developing and executing campaigns. You’ll work collaboratively with marketing professionals to create content, manage campaign schedules, and ensure brand consistency across all channels. No prior marketing experience is required—full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
You will assist in developing marketing campaign plans and content strategies. You’ll write, edit, and format marketing materials in line with brand guidelines. You’ll help manage campaign calendars and track campaign performance using data and analytics. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to create promotional content and marketing assets. You’ll help organize events and sponsorships, coordinate resources, and monitor deadlines. You’ll also provide regular reporting on campaign results and recommendations for improvement. Your role will support cross-functional teams across the organization to help bring new campaigns to market.
Skills/background needed:
You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people across different teams. Strong organizational and time management skills are important, as is the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but training will be provided. A quick learner who can take on new projects easily is ideal. You should have a current driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional local travel (approximately 10% of the role).
Contract length: Permanent, full-time
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application
Location: Fully remote with hybrid flexibility after an initial period
Work environment:
You’ll work from home in a fully remote capacity. After your first 90 days, you may become eligible for a hybrid arrangement allowing you to work both remotely and from an office location, depending on departmental needs and management approval. Your remote workspace should be clean, professional, and free from distractions. You’ll spend most of your time writing, typing, reading, and using a computer. Occasionally, you may need to drive locally to attend events or meetings (around 10% of your time).
