This is an entry-level technical writing role focused on creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation. You will work with production teams to develop detailed process records, write procedural guides, and ensure all documentation stays current and compliant with industry standards.
What You’ll Do
In this on-site position, you will:
Design and update technical documentation and process guides
Work directly with production teams to gather information and understand workflows
Support teams with training on new procedures and documentation systems
Review and update existing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Participate in process improvement projects and contribute to team meetings
Troubleshoot documentation issues and provide support to end users
Create training materials and job aids for colleagues
Ensure all documentation follows company procedures and safety standards
Assist with quality checks and regulatory compliance activities
Participate in training on all relevant procedures as scheduled
Support cross-functional teams on documentation projects
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You will receive full training in all systems and processes. We’re looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to learn new software quickly. You should be comfortable working on-site 5 days per week and be proactive in engaging with team members across the organisation.
Bonus points if you have: Any background in manufacturing, quality management, or technical writing. Any experience with systems documentation or data management is a plus.
Contract length: Permanent, full-time
Location: On-site position. Occasional travel may be required.
