The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll assist with core marketing functions including research, campaign support, data analysis, and helping with sales and marketing initiatives.
This is a fully remote position with flexible working arrangements. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement marketing campaigns, including promotional activities, advertising, email campaigns, and online advertising
• Analyze website analytics and manage social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvements
• Write blog posts, social media content, and other marketing campaign materials
• Develop and present ideas for marketing campaigns
• Conduct research on competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior; prepare reports by collecting and analyzing data
• Support the marketing team in developing and evaluating marketing strategy and plans
• Communicate campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines to team members
• Maintain an inventory of marketing and sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and coordinating new material creation
• Research new sources of prospective customers and provide recommendations to leadership
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• Ability to work across multiple projects effectively with autonomy and flexibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency and accountability
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is helpful but not required
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and social media platforms is a plus
