About the role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will take the lead on marketing, advertising, and promotional activities. You’ll work with a collaborative team to develop and execute marketing plans, analyze market conditions and customer feedback, and help expand our marketing reach. You’ll also monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and ensure all marketing activities stay within budget.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Analyze customer research and market trends
• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing accounts
• Expand marketing platforms and channels
• Monitor and report on marketing performance and results
• Manage marketing budgets
• Report on return on investment and key performance indicators
• Create marketing presentations
• Stay informed on industry best practices
Skills/background needed:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred (but not required)
• 3+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfort presenting to groups
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions is a plus
• Full training provided on the job
