Overview:In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers. You will work alongside marketing team members and sales staff on projects that promote the company and its offerings. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone starting their marketing career with a willingness to learn and grow.
What you’ll do:
• Lead customer experience initiatives from start to finish, including virtual and in-person meetings• Build strategic relationships with key industry partners, agencies, vendors, and internal departments• Measure and report on the performance of marketing events and campaigns against set goals• Research and evaluate new marketing technologies to support campaign success• Develop strategies to promote the company and drive qualified traffic to sales channels• Deploy and manage marketing campaigns from concept through execution• Create and review advertising, presentations, and marketing materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery within budget• Write and proofread marketing materials and website content for accuracy and brand consistency• Coordinate product photography and maintain related documentation• Manage online and offline marketing assets and showroom materials
Skills/background needed:No prior marketing experience is required. You should have strong writing and communication skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and enthusiasm for learning digital marketing and content development. Experience with social media, graphic design, or event coordination is helpful but not essential. We provide full training on tools and processes.
