Skills & Background Needed:
Technical Writing: Experience creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and online help systems.
Collaboration: Ability to work closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate it into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
Documentation Tools: Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, or similar software. Full training will be provided on any tools specific to the role.
Technical Concepts: Basic familiarity with technical concepts related to web development, software engineering, and cloud systems is helpful. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown is a bonus but not required.
