Role and Scope of Position:Create, maintain, and publish systems operations procedures. You may be asked to submit a writing sample as part of the application process.
What You’ll Do:In this role, you will develop, revise, and publish clear, detailed instructions and procedures. You’ll work to maintain and update documentation, identifying changes and ensuring everything stays accurate and compliant with industry standards. You’ll coordinate with teams across departments to gather information, perform regular reviews of procedures, represent documentation in meetings, and participate in analysis tasks as needed.
Skills and Knowledge Needed:We’re looking for someone with strong writing and communication skills. You should be comfortable learning about electrical systems operations, understanding regulatory requirements, working with document management systems, and collaborating with colleagues across teams. You’ll need proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard databases. The ability to read and interpret technical diagrams is important, as is strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
Education and Experience:A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, technical writing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Previous experience in systems documentation, procedure writing, or technical fields is a plus, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow in this role.
Contract Length:Permanent, full-time position.
Rate:Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Location:Open to applicants worldwide. Travel between regions as needed for the role.
