Roles: We are looking for a Junior UX Writer to join a fully remote team. In this role, you will work with product designers and researchers to write and edit clear, helpful content for user journeys, including screen flows, emails, error messages, and self-service help pages.
What you will do:
Write and edit simple, easy-to-understand instructions that guide users through each step. Review content for consistency and quality, help check copy during testing, and create FAQ and self-service content. Full training is provided, so no prior experience is needed.
Skills/background needed:
Good writing, editing, and proofreading skills. A willingness to learn how to simplify information into clear, concise language. Comfortable working with a remote team and using tools such as Google Docs and Google Sheets. A portfolio is helpful but not required for beginners.
Contract length: Flexible, with opportunities for growth.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
