About This Role:
We’re looking for a Writer/Producer to join our creative team developing original scripted entertainment programming. You’ll work on fast-paced, character-driven storytelling for weekly television production, collaborating with writers, producers, and on-screen talent to create compelling narratives that engage audiences worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and refine character concepts for diverse performers, with clear emotional depth and audience appeal
• Write scripts for episodic television programming, including dramatic storylines, comedic segments, and adventure-driven narratives
• Collaborate with other writers to build interconnected stories that resonate with global audiences across different demographics
• Review scripts and episodes for narrative continuity, pacing, and overall flow
• Incorporate audience feedback and social media insights into storyline development
• Travel to live production events as needed
• Attend regular creative team meetings to pitch ideas and provide feedback
Skills/background needed:
We welcome applicants with a mix of the following experience (no single item is required):
• Writing experience for television, film, or digital media
• Experience producing, directing, or working on live television production
• Background working with on-screen talent, writers, or production teams
• Understanding of storytelling that appeals to diverse audiences
• A degree or equivalent professional experience in Film, Television, Drama, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
