As a Live Chat Agent, you’ll provide friendly and efficient customer service through chat, helping customers find answers to their questions and resolve issues quickly. You’ll work with a supportive team to create positive experiences for every person you interact with, listening carefully to understand their needs and finding the right solutions.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries through chat and resolve common questions and requests. Communicate clearly and with empathy to understand what customers need and address their concerns. Build positive relationships with customers by actively listening and working towards solutions that satisfy their needs. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when needed to ensure issues are fully resolved. Work collaboratively with your team, sharing helpful tips and learning from others. Stay updated with company changes and new information through regular training. Follow chat standards and performance guidelines to provide consistent service. Assist with special projects and support team initiatives as needed.
Skills/background needed: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills and ability to type clearly and quickly. Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems. Ability to stay calm and helpful when customers are frustrated. A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for working from home.
