We are seeking friendly and detail-oriented Live Chat Agents to join our customer service team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, providing helpful support and resolving issues professionally.
What you’ll be doing:
• Respond to customer questions and concerns through live chat, email, and phone support
• Manage customer cases and requests using our support system
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems when needed
• Prioritize and organize your workflow to meet customer response times
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers at all times
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional work environment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your manager
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type comfortably and accurately
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with email, chat, and instant messaging platforms
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Professional telephone and email etiquette
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Microsoft Office is a plus
