Key Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and current clients via live chat
Explain services and available options clearly and professionally
Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns

Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards
Skills/background needed: No prior experience necessary. We provide full training. You should have strong written communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently in a remote environment, and be organized and detail-oriented. You’ll need access to a laptop or computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace to work from. High school diploma or GED required.
