About this role
We’re hiring a Live Chat Agent to provide friendly, helpful support to our customers. You’ll work from home, assisting people through live chat, email, and phone calls. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.
What you will do
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a friendly and professional manner• Answer questions about accounts, products, and services• Help troubleshoot technical issues with computers, tablets, and mobile devices• Process customer requests and provide information in a timely way• Share details about current offers and promotions with customers• Keep accurate records and maintain customer privacy• Provide feedback to the team about service improvements• Meet performance goals and targets• Stay updated on company procedures and policies
What you will bring
• High school diploma or equivalent• Reliable internet connection (you’ll need to pass a basic internet speed test)• A quiet workspace where you can work from home• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and smartphones• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to stay organized and manage your time well• Friendly, patient, and professional approach to helping others• Attention to detail and accurate typing skills• Ability to work independently and follow instructions• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
