What You’ll Do
As a Live Chat Support Agent, your main responsibilities will include:
• Provide quick, courteous support to clients through live chat, phone, and text—answering questions and solving problems
• Assist clients with transactions and account inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical issues clients may face with our chat, call, or text platforms
• Keep every interaction positive and personalized, so clients feel valued
