About This Role
We’re looking for friendly, detail-oriented people to join our customer support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for members across chat, phone, email, and video. No prior experience necessary—we provide full training and support you every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
• Provide friendly and helpful support to members across multiple channels (chat, phone, email, video)• Process account transactions and handle member requests• Assist members with account questions and concerns• Help members learn about digital banking tools and services• Identify member needs and suggest relevant solutions• Resolve issues efficiently while following company policies• Work collaboratively with your team and participate in ongoing training
Skills/Background Needed
• At least 6 months of customer service or member-facing experience (or willingness to learn)• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and stay organized• Comfortable using computers and switching between different systems• Problem-solving mindset• Team-oriented and passionate about helping others• Reliable and able to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM• High school diploma or equivalent• Must be 18 or older• Authorized to work in the United States
