We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Live Chat Support Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, handling inquiries, and supporting orders through our chat platform. This is a fully remote role where you’ll work from home, help customers feel valued, and become a key part of their experience with us.
In this role, you’ll manage customer conversations from start to finish, answer questions about products and pricing, update order information, and follow up on customer needs. You’ll work closely with different teams to make sure customers get the help they need, and you’ll build relationships that keep customers coming back. Your job is to be responsive, solutions-focused, and genuinely helpful—even when things get busy.
What You’ll Do
Handle incoming chat messages professionally and quickly, answering customer questions and resolving issues
Process and track customer orders, making sure all information is accurate and up to date
Work with other teams to understand what customers need and what we can deliver
Give customers accurate information about products, pricing, and how to place orders
Keep detailed notes of all customer conversations and updates in our system
Follow up with customers about their orders, quotes, and any open questions
Spot opportunities to suggest products or services that might help customers
Respond to messages within our service level targets
Help resolve order problems, delays, or concerns by working with the right teams
Take ownership of customer issues and see them through to resolution
What We’re Looking For
Skills/background needed: We’ll train you on everything, but ideally you have some experience in customer service, a contact center, or a similar role—or you’re eager to learn. You’re a natural communicator with strong written and verbal skills, you pay close attention to detail, and you can juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed. You’re comfortable learning new software systems quickly and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Most importantly, you genuinely enjoy helping people and solving problems.
Nice to Have
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Previous experience in a customer service role in a sales-focused environment
Familiarity with business software systems or order management tools
The Role
Contract length: Permanent, full-time position
Location: Fully remote—work from home
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
What to expect: Full training will be provided. You’ll learn our systems, products, and processes from day one. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values accuracy, customer focus, and getting things done right. As you grow in the role, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop your skills further.
