We are hiring a customer service representative to join our growing team. You’ll handle inbound customer inquiries via chat and phone, schedule service appointments, and support our customers with professionalism and care. You’ll be the friendly voice and face of our business, answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll work from our office in a supportive team environment where your contributions matter. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to get you up to speed.
What you’ll be doing:
• Answer inbound customer calls and chat messages with a friendly, professional approach
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer details accurately
• Handle a mix of customer service and sales support tasks
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality interactions
• Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed
