About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Live Chat Support Agent to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via live chat throughout their day. You’ll respond to questions, solve problems quickly, and build positive relationships with the people you help. No prior experience is required – we provide full training to get you started.
What you’ll do:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat
• Help customers troubleshoot issues and find solutions
• Document conversations clearly for our team
• Build positive, helpful relationships with customers
• Stay organised while managing multiple chat conversations
• Provide friendly, patient support to customers of all backgrounds
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when needed
What we’re looking for:
• A friendly, patient approach to customer service
• Strong written communication skills (typing, clarity, professionalism)
• Ability to stay calm and helpful when customers are frustrated
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new tools
• A reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
• The ability to work independently and ask for help when you need it
• Attention to detail and good organisational habits
Experience needed:
No prior customer service experience required. We welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive training. Any background that shows you’re reliable, organised, and good with people is valuable.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
