Your role is straightforward: deliver excellent chat support to members in a timely, helpful manner. This is a fully remote position, and you’ll work from home with flexibility and support from day one.
About the role:
This is a 100% work-from-home position. You’ll need a quiet workspace where you can have professional conversations free from distractions and background noise. Full paid training will be provided to get you up to speed, and all necessary equipment will be supplied.
What you’ll be doing:
• Handle both inbound and outbound communication with members and providers
• Communicate with clients across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Answer questions about products, policies, and account changes
• Help resolve disputes and process transactions
• Address billing or service complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
• Document all interactions in our system with accurate, detailed notes
• Stay current with product and service knowledge
• Help members understand their benefits and make informed choices
• Build trust and improve customer satisfaction
• Meet performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and skill-building exercises
Skills/background needed:
• Customer service or call center experience is helpful but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Ability to multitask: listening, typing, speaking, and navigating multiple screens at once
• Bilingual ability is a plus
