About the Role
We’re looking for friendly and patient Live Chat Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide friendly support to customers through live chat, email, and other channels. You’ll help with account questions, orders, troubleshooting, and special requests. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and support as you develop your skills.
What You’ll Do
Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including live chat, email, and social media. Respond to requests such as account management, general questions, order placement, and troubleshooting. Type and communicate simultaneously while using multiple computer programmes. Listen actively to customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy.
Training
We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You’ll complete a 2–3 week onboarding programme during business hours, then transition to working from home with a flexible schedule that suits your availability.
Skills/Background Needed
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to multitask and navigate computer programmes quickly. Strong typing and computer skills. Active listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfort with social media platforms. Self-directed work style and ability to work independently. Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Schedule
Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Flexible shifts available within operating hours. Ability to adapt your schedule as business needs require.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
