What You’ll Do
• Complete comprehensive training and transition into handling inbound chat conversations with confidence
• Listen actively to understand client needs and create solutions tailored to them
• Guide clients through options and best practices
• Deliver exceptional service that drives client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate support
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve the client experience
What You Bring
• A strong customer service mindset—you’re motivated by helping others
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfort using email, chat, and other digital tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work well in a structured environment
• Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
Position Details
Work Format: Fully remote from your home office with high-speed internet connection
Schedule: First shift with start times between 7:00–10:30 AM
