About this role:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Live Chat Support Representative to join our remote customer service team. You’ll help members and customers with questions about their accounts, products, services, and more—all from the comfort of your home. No prior experience required; we’ll provide full training to set you up for success.
What you’ll do:
• Respond to live chat messages and assist customers with account questions, service requests, and concerns• Verify customer information and review accounts to resolve issues accurately• Work with multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously• Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues to management when needed• Communicate with other departments via email to resolve customer problems• Handle a range of customer inquiries in a fast-paced, supportive environment
Skills/background needed:
