As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you’ll provide real-time assistance to customers through chat, helping them find answers, resolve issues, and get the most out of their experience. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that makes customers feel supported and confident.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with clarity, warmth, and efficiency. Answer common questions about features, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers toward solutions. Build rapport with customers and leave them feeling heard and helped. Document conversations accurately so our team can provide seamless support. Identify patterns in customer questions and share feedback with the wider team to help improve our service.

Basic computer skills and comfort typing quickly and accurately. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work. Willingness to learn our platform, tools, and processes. Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. Full training provided. You’ll be equipped with everything you need to succeed in this role, including comprehensive onboarding, product training, and ongoing support from your team.
