About This Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer support team as Live Chat Support Specialists. This is a fully remote position where you’ll help customers via phone, email, and live chat from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
• Assist customers with product questions, fitment, and selection via multiple channels
• Help customers place orders and complete their shopping experience
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on gear, safety equipment, and product applications
• Work collaboratively with different teams to deliver excellent customer service
• Learn continuously about products and industry trends
• Communicate professionally and clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Manage multiple customer interactions in a fast-paced environment
• Stay detail-oriented and proactive in solving customer problems
Skills/Background Needed
• Genuine passion for motorcycles and related products
• Knowledge of motorcycle parts and accessories is helpful but we’ll train you
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and listening abilities
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a bonus
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous technical experience is a bonus

Technical Requirements
Your home workstation must have a stable, fast internet connection. We require a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and upload speed of 20 Mbps. Mobile hotspots or public WiFi are not acceptable for this role.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length
Ongoing position with training period of 4-5 weeks before transitioning to regular schedule.
