Marketing & Administrative Assistant – Entry Level, Full Time

We’re looking for an organized, enthusiastic person to join our team as a Marketing & Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, in-person role where you’ll support our marketing efforts and help keep our office running smoothly.

You’ll work across a variety of tasks, combining marketing support with general office duties. This is a great entry-level opportunity to learn real-world marketing skills, build your professional network, and develop expertise in client communication and digital tools.

What You’ll Do

Greet and interact with clients in a professional manner. Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. Assist with website development and updates. Create marketing strategies to help attract new clients. Coordinate recruitment events and review candidate applications. Develop responses to client inquiries and manage project requests. Organize and maintain marketing materials, team resumes, and project documentation. Research and compile project-related documents. Plan and coordinate company events and team activities. Handle general office administration and support tasks. Learn to use new tools and technologies to improve daily workflows.

Skills & Background Needed

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to create and edit documents including PDFs. Experience or familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of email marketing or willingness to learn. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience with video editing or graphic design is a plus. Familiarity with digital and print content creation is helpful but not required.

The Role
