About This Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on position where you’ll support content creation and marketing initiatives across the organisation. You’ll work on social media, graphic design, video production, and campaign planning while building real marketing experience in a collaborative environment. No prior marketing experience necessary – full training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and assist with engaging content for social media platforms and company channels
• Create graphics, promotional materials, and digital assets using design tools
• Capture and edit photos and video content for social media and marketing campaigns
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and company events
• Help create storytelling content that showcases company culture and community initiatives
• Collaborate with team members across departments on marketing projects
• Assist with basic marketing analytics and research on industry trends
Skills/Background Needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop (or willingness to learn)
• Basic ability to capture and edit photos and videos
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar)
• Analytical mindset with interest in marketing trends and competitor insights
• Collaborative approach to teamwork
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with AI tools is a bonus, but not required. We provide full training on all tools and software used in this role.
