We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our local workplace.

About the role:
You will support the Marketing Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include supervising marketing staff, managing team performance and development, maintaining marketing reports and standards, coordinating with sales and operations teams, and handling administrative duties for the department.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training of marketing team members
• Support performance management and staff development activities
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports on marketing performance metrics
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on scheduling and programme updates
• Manage departmental supplies and materials
• Help resolve operational issues and maintain accurate records
• Provide support with other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with and motivate team members
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Basic problem-solving ability
• Willingness to learn company systems and tools
• Two years of marketing experience preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered
