Marketing Campaign Coordinator – YouTube, Entry Level

About This Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic marketing coordinator to help develop and execute campaigns on YouTube. You’ll work on content strategy, manage video releases, optimize performance, and collaborate across teams to grow our channel and engage audiences. This is an on-site position based at our workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and execute marketing campaigns across YouTube, working with digital advertising, social media, and brand teams
• Develop content calendars and manage video releases to drive growth and engagement
• Use YouTube platform tools and features to optimize videos and reach audiences
• Track and analyze performance data week-to-week, adapting strategies based on insights
• Stay current with platform trends, content formats, and algorithm updates
• Manage projects across multiple stakeholders and coordinate with design and video teams
• Assist with on-site event marketing, including live streaming and real-time content capture
• Support team training and onboarding for new staff and partners
• Help with recruitment of video specialists as needed
• Oversee approvals for all marketing and media assets

Skills/Background Needed

• Basic experience with project management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write compelling titles, descriptions, and calls-to-action
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Ability to work on-site in open office spaces
• Comfortable working in various event environments with varying noise and temperature levels
• Enthusiasm for learning YouTube best practices and platform features
• Full training will be provided – no prior YouTube marketing experience required

Bonus Skills

Experience with YouTube Studio, analytics dashboards, design software, Google Analytics, or video editing tools is helpful but not required.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role. You’ll work in our office during regular hours, with flexibility to support off-hours content publishing and event coverage as needed. You may be required to travel to event locations during holidays, evenings, and weekends to meet campaign deadlines.
