About the Role
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You’ll support marketing campaigns, create content, manage digital initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external partners. This is a hands-on role that combines content creation, campaign execution, project management and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Execute and maintain the marketing calendar, coordinating social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters and company announcements.
Create and update marketing materials including presentations, one-pagers, brochures and landing pages.
Produce marketing content using tools like Canva or similar design platforms.
Manage marketing workflows and campaign tracking using a CRM system or comparable marketing platform.
Coordinate campaigns across digital and social media channels.
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics and report results to the team.
Support webinars, events, partnerships and educational initiatives.
Work with designers, photographers, videographers and website teams to coordinate marketing production.
Review content for accuracy, consistency and professionalism before approval.
Maintain organized digital files, templates and brand resources.
Support sales and business development teams with approved marketing materials.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while working independently and with different departments.

Experience You Might Have
One to three years in marketing coordination, digital marketing, content creation, communications or a related field is preferred, but not required. No prior experience? We provide full training.
Experience in professional services, real estate, finance or investment is helpful but not essential.
Tools You’ll Use
We’ll teach you to work with tools such as Canva, Microsoft 365, LinkedIn, social media platforms, email marketing software and a CRM system. You don’t need experience with all of these—we provide training on the job.
Location
Local on-site position. This role is based at our office and involves computer-based work, digital marketing activities, meetings and team collaboration.
Rate
Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract Length
Full-time, permanent position.
