About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Instructor to join our academic team. This is a full-time teaching position where you’ll develop and deliver marketing courses to undergraduate and graduate students. You’ll have the opportunity to create engaging, practical learning experiences and mentor the next generation of marketing professionals.

What you’ll do:

Your teaching responsibilities will include instructing marketing courses across multiple levels, with a focus on experiential, real-world learning. You’ll teach courses covering topics such as digital marketing, consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, branding, and product development. You’ll also advise students, participate in student recruitment activities, and contribute to the ongoing development of our marketing programme. Class sizes are typically small (fewer than 30 students), allowing for meaningful interaction and mentorship.

Additional responsibilities include service to the university community, building relationships with industry professionals and employers, and engaging in scholarly activity within the marketing field.

Skills/background needed:

You’ll need a Ph.D. or research doctorate in Marketing or a closely related field. Professional experience in marketing is desired, particularly in digital marketing or related areas. We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Ability to teach across a breadth of marketing topics and adapt teaching methods to engage diverse learners
