Marketing Manager – Entry Level, On-Site

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow a consumer brand during an exciting growth phase. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to develop marketing strategy, strengthen our brand identity, and create campaigns that produce measurable results. You’ll have ownership across digital marketing, content, email, social media, events and traditional media.

This is not a narrow corporate marketing position. You’ll be equally comfortable building the plan, writing copy, reviewing campaign performance, coordinating content creation, managing vendors, and getting projects across the finish line. You’ll combine creativity with strong business judgment, ensuring that marketing both looks good and clearly communicates value to drive profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Own the Marketing Plan

Develop and manage annual marketing plans, calendars and budgets. Work with the team to establish priorities, campaigns and growth initiatives. Identify high-impact channels suited to a growing-business budget. Keep projects, campaigns and product launches organized, on schedule and within budget.

Protect and Grow the Brand

Serve as a champion for brand consistency and customer experience. Maintain consistent brand identity, voice and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Translate product features into compelling reasons to buy. Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify opportunities and improve decision-making.

Create and Execute Campaigns

Develop and implement campaigns supporting brand awareness, product launches, seasonal promotions and ongoing sales. Write or direct effective copy for email, web, social media, advertisements, product launches and printed materials. Build and manage a consistent content calendar. Coordinate and contribute to photography, video, storytelling and product-education content.

Drive Measurable Growth

Lead and improve paid search, paid social, SEO, email, SMS, organic social media and website marketing. Evaluate campaign performance using business metrics including customer-acquisition cost, return on advertising spend, conversion rate and overall marketing efficiency. Test new messages, audiences and creative approaches. Use performance data to adjust budgets and continuously improve results.

Build Relationships and Brand Exposure

Develop and manage ambassador, affiliate and influencer relationships. Identify relevant product-placement, partnership, sponsorship and public-relations opportunities. Build productive relationships with media outlets, creators and complementary brands. Manage outside agencies and freelancers when appropriate while maintaining ownership of quality, cost and results.

Lead Events and Trade Shows

Plan and manage event and trade-show programs. Coordinate schedules, displays, promotional materials, staffing and lead follow-up. Attend selected events and represent the brand with customers and partners.

What You Will Bring

At least 6 years of broad marketing experience, preferably with a consumer-products, e-commerce, automotive or outdoor brand. A demonstrated record of growing brand awareness, customer engagement and sales. The ability to provide specific examples of campaigns you helped create and the measurable results they produced.

Hands-on experience with several of the following:

Paid search and paid social advertising; Email and SMS marketing; SEO and website content; Social media strategy and management; Brand voice and copywriting; Photography and video content; Ambassador, affiliate or influencer programs; Public relations and media partnerships; Product launches; Trade shows and experiential marketing; Print and traditional advertising; Analytics and conversion improvement.

Strong writing, editing and communication skills. Strong business judgment and ability to connect marketing activity with revenue and customer-acquisition goals. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors and campaigns simultaneously. High standards for quality, accuracy and brand consistency. A self-starting, problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently.

Comfort working in a growing business where priorities may change and everyone helps wherever needed. Interest in the industries and communities you’ll serve. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Marketing Manager will create a clear, consistent and recognizable brand across every channel. You’ll improve the quality and consistency of marketing content, launch campaigns on time and measure results honestly. You’ll increase brand awareness, qualified traffic and profitable customer acquisition. You’ll develop deeper understanding of customers and what motivates them to buy. You’ll bring organization and accountability to the marketing calendar and budget, take ownership, communicate clearly and follow through independently.

Working Conditions

This is an on-site position requiring presence at the workplace Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional travel, trade shows and weekend events are part of this role. You’ll work with a small, positive, hardworking team in a collaborative environment.
