We’re looking for a Medical Writer who can bridge the gap between complex scientific information and diverse audiences. In this dual-focus role, you’ll draft scientific literature and create engaging digital content that communicates research findings clearly and accessibly.
This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and eager to learn. You’ll work with a supportive team that values collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement. While the role may occasionally require extended hours during project deadlines, you’ll have flexibility and support to perform at your best.
What you will do:
• Write and edit scientific documents including journal articles, case reports, abstracts, and clinical study reports
• Adapt complex scientific content into clear, engaging digital media and social media posts
• Translate technical data and statistical findings into accurate, easy-to-understand summaries
• Create posters and presentations for scientific conferences
• Serve as a point of contact for writing-related project questions
• Ensure all documents meet relevant regulatory standards and guidelines
• Format, submit, and follow up on manuscripts and presentations
• Complete additional tasks as needed to support project goals
Skills/background needed:
• Native English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with document formatting and editing for regulatory submissions
• Demonstrated ability to write engaging, concise content for digital platforms such as LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science, Statistics, Technical Writing, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional medical or technical writing experience
