About the role:
We’re looking for a friendly, patient person to join our customer support team. You’ll help members by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing support via phone, email, and chat. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build a career in customer service with full training provided.
What you’ll do:
• Answer and respond to a high volume of member inquiries daily via multiple channels
• Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to member questions
• Research information using available systems and resources to solve problems
• Handle complaints with patience and diplomacy, working toward resolution
• Educate members about services and benefits
• Follow up with members to ensure their issues are fully resolved
• Meet quality and productivity expectations
• Work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
• Be reliable, arriving on time and maintaining strong attendance
What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficiency with office software including email, Word, and spreadsheet programs
• Strong typing skills and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• A patient, friendly approach to helping others
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Nice to have:
• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Any background in the health insurance industry
• College degree
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Contract length: Permanent, full-time position
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
