In this Mobile Software Tester position, you’ll play a vital role in verifying the performance and reliability of mobile applications. You’ll need foundational knowledge of mobile platforms, testing methodologies, and the ability to thrive in a remote environment. Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential when reporting and documenting defects you discover.
Roles: Your primary responsibilities will involve installing applications on your device and systematically evaluating every feature and function. Following this testing phase, you’ll prepare detailed feedback documenting your findings and noting any issues encountered.
Requirements: Possession of at least one compatible device is mandatory; options include iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, or Android Tablet
Contract length: Open-ended, no set expiration
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed:
Ownership of a mobile device and proficiency with app installation and operation
Capacity to manage work assignments without constant supervision
Willingness to meticulously adhere to detailed instructions and procedures
Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability
Stable, dependable internet access
Hours per week: Variable scheduling available.
