We’re looking for Online Chat Support Representatives to serve as the main connection between our organization and customers seeking assistance. Your day-to-day work will involve responding to live chat messages and email communications with professionalism and care. You’ll gather necessary details from those reaching out and ensure they receive prompt, helpful, and accurate answers to their questions.
Contract length: Ongoing, with no predetermined end date.
Rate: $30 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of managing website chat platforms and social media messaging. Comfortable working on your own without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed protocols and guidelines consistently. Minimum of 10 hours per week you can dedicate to this role. A dependable high-speed internet connection.
Hours per week: Between 10 and 40 hours weekly, flexible based on your availability.
Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection (based in the United States is preferred).
