About this role
You’ll work as a Paid Social Media Strategist, helping to develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a fully remote position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in media planning, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. You’ll work closely with a team to create engaging social media strategies and learn how to manage paid advertising across different channels.
What you’ll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing social media campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
Learning media planning fundamentals including audience targeting, ad formats, and bid management
Gaining hands-on experience with major social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Working with team leaders across different departments to support campaign activations
Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in paid social media
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. You should have:
A high school diploma or equivalent (or relevant work experience)
Basic familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
Interest in digital marketing and paid social media
It’s a bonus if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree
Any previous experience with social media advertising or campaign management
Experience with data-driven marketing and audience targeting
Knowledge of different advertising channels and how they work
Experience working across multiple projects and teams
