About the role
You’ll create clear, well-organised written materials that support leadership and planning teams. This includes developing talking points, drafting briefing documents, creating strategic messaging, and preparing updates for senior staff. You’ll work with subject matter experts across different teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in all communication products.
What you’ll do
• Develop talking points and briefing materials for leadership engagement• Draft and edit communication products including briefings, slides, and strategic messages• Prepare written materials such as policy responses and formal communications• Provide editorial support to planning and strategy documents• Create regular updates and summaries of team achievements and key issues• Support communication efforts through written messaging and document revisions• Deliver high-quality written products quickly in response to requests• Coordinate feedback from multiple team members to ensure accuracy• Contribute to the development of strategic communication plans• Research and synthesize complex information from various sources• Maintain knowledge of relevant policy and operational topics• Ensure all written materials meet organisational standards
