In this position, you’ll deliver exceptional customer support services to our partners and their end users through direct engagement.
Operating entirely from home, you’ll handle customer inquiries through instant messaging and live chat interactions on a continuous basis.
Success in this position depends on strong written communication abilities, professionalism, and careful attention to accuracy.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or mobile device is necessary, along with stable high-speed internet access. Basic competency in English writing is also required.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level positions with comprehensive onboarding included, making prior live chat experience unnecessary to succeed.
