About the role:
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team on a full-time, in-person basis. You’ll oversee our parts department and inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly to support shop operations and customer needs. This role involves ordering, tracking, stocking, and maintaining accurate records—with full training provided if you’re new to the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory oversight, ensuring accuracy and availability of all parts and components
• Handle ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking of inventory items
• Maintain records and documentation for compliance and operational accuracy
• Prepare parts for daily shop operations and customer orders
• Manage shipping and receiving, including invoice verification
• Develop and maintain processes for inventory control and vendor management
• Perform routine inventory counts and generate reports
• Work cross-functionally with team members across departments
• Support the team at offsite events as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized parts department
• Assist with fleet maintenance of company vehicles
• Manage returns and warranty claims professionally
Skills/background needed:
• Experience in parts management, purchasing, or inventory control (preferred but training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Knowledge of shipping carriers and processes
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
• Ability to safely lift and move parts and equipment
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work flexible scheduling based on department needs
