Process Writer – Entry Level, Remote

Overview:

We’re looking for a Process Writer to help coordinate documentation, procedures, and resources across our programmes. You’ll work with teams to create clear, helpful materials that support our operations and help people understand our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in design sessions and provide input on onboarding programme materials
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and find efficiencies
• Work with the Learning and Development team to create training materials
• Create and maintain templates and documentation standards
• Write and update Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and Job Aids
• Develop and maintain a Content Matrix to track all materials
• Create instructional documents with screenshots and call guides
• Draft patient letters, emails, and related communications
• Support other tasks as needed by the team

Skills/background needed:

• No experience necessary – full training will be provided
• Ability to write clearly and explain processes in simple terms
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to work with multiple projects and manage different priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Friendly communication style and willingness to collaborate with team members
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends, with shifts starting as early as 6 a.m. and ending as late as 8 p.m.
