About This Role:
We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to join our team and help develop compelling written proposals for business opportunities. This role offers the chance to build your writing skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll work with experienced team members, learn industry best practices, and grow your expertise in proposal development.
What You’ll Do:
As a Proposal Writer, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing clear, compelling written content for proposals, working closely with internal teams throughout the proposal process.
Reviewing and editing proposal content created by team members to improve clarity and quality.
Ensuring all proposal content is accurate, error-free, and meets project requirements.
Interviewing team members and subject matter experts to gather information and develop proposal materials.
Using writing tools and software to improve efficiency in proposal development.
Creating presentation slides and briefing scripts when needed.
Skills/background needed:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical information clearly.
Attention to detail and strong editing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
Willingness to learn new tools and processes.
No prior proposal writing experience is required—we provide full training on our processes and tools.
Contract length: Full-time, permanent
