We are seeking a Proposal Writer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone ready to develop their writing and proposal development skills in a supportive environment.
About the role:
As a Proposal Writer, you will:
Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections that communicate ideas effectively to potential clients
Translate technical concepts and other complex information into understandable, accessible text
Rewrite and review proposal sections and related documents for quality and consistency
Work with internal teams to gather information and incorporate it into compliant written responses
Research, organize, and present information in a professional manner
Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing projects simultaneously
Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Collaborate with design teams to support the creation of compelling proposal materials
Attend meetings with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into proposal content
Skills/background needed:
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to research and analyze information effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A high school diploma or equivalent (further education a plus)
Willingness to learn and develop proposal writing expertise
No prior proposal writing experience required – full training will be provided
