We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to join our team on a fully remote basis. You’ll take ownership of developing clear, compelling responses to contract opportunities. In this role, you’ll write, edit, format, and proofread proposal documents, working collaboratively with different teams to create compliant, high-quality submissions while meeting strict deadlines.

Skills/background needed:
You’ll ideally have:
• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience writing and editing proposal content in response to contract opportunities
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clarity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar productivity tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
What you’ll do:
• Create, write, edit, proofread, and format proposals and related documents
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to develop proposals
• Integrate contributions from multiple team members into one cohesive, compliant proposal
• Review proposals for compliance and accuracy
• Follow established style guidelines and formatting standards
• Handle other related tasks as needed
