We’re looking for a Proposal Writer to support our proposal development strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with departments across the company to develop winning proposals that effectively communicate our product value and foster strong partnerships.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a positive impact through quality writing.
This is a full-time remote position open to applicants worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
• Analyze requests for proposals to understand customer needs and key decision-making factors
• Develop persuasive, customer-focused proposal content that clearly articulates our unique benefits and competitive advantages
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to craft messaging aligned with buyer priorities
• Use persuasive writing techniques to develop high-impact, results-driven proposals
• Ensure that proposals are compliant and strategically positioned to resonate with evaluators and decision-makers
• Tailor existing content and develop new material based on input from subject matter experts to convey key messages
• Provide copywriting support to sales teams for presentations, sales collateral, and other customer-facing materials
• Assist with proposal assembly and other sales-related writing tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, sales writing, marketing copywriting, or grant writing (or equivalent portfolio demonstrating these skills)
• Strong ability to craft persuasive, customer-centric messaging that drives engagement and action
• Understanding of sales processes and ability to align proposals with sales strategies
• Ability to translate technical or educational content into clear, compelling narratives
• Strong English writing and grammar skills with an emphasis on quality, clarity, and consistency
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects
• Comfort with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and PDF tools
• Experience in education or educational technology is a plus, but not required
