What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll earn money by responding to incoming chat messages from customers on business websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating available promotions.
Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that supports social media and web chat platforms (Computer/Smartphone/Tablet). Comfortable working autonomously. Capable of adhering to detailed instructions and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Consistent, dependable internet access.
Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly
