What you will be doing: As a chat support associate, you’ll respond to customer inquiries submitted through live chat and messaging platforms on company websites and social channels. You may assist both current customers seeking help and prospective buyers with product questions.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing
Rate: $25 – $35 hourly
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of connecting to chat platforms and social media. Self-directed work style. Comfortable following detailed guidelines and processes. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
