We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become part of our vibrant marketing team as a chat support specialist and lead coordinator! In this position, you’ll help accelerate our growth by handling both incoming and outgoing inquiries through Facebook messaging while booking meetings into our scheduling system.
This role is completely text-based with no in-person interactions required. Your communication will happen exclusively through online channels like Facebook Messenger. These fully remote positions allow you to work from anywhere with an internet connection, giving you complete flexibility in where you operate from.
Working as a live chat support professional, you’ll earn money by responding to customer messages on business websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass answering inquiries from customers, sharing relevant product information, and highlighting special promotional offers.
Rate: $35 hourly
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or similar mobile device is essential, along with dependable internet access. Basic proficiency in written English is also required for this position.
Skills/background needed: Entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, as comprehensive onboarding and training materials are included. Prior experience in live chat roles is not necessary to succeed here.
