As a Chat Support specialist, your main goal is to assist our users in resolving any technical difficulties they encounter on our platform while creating a smooth and enjoyable interaction through responsive, dependable, and empathetic communication.
Selected candidates will operate on their own schedule, responding to inquiries from platform users. Pre-written responses are at your disposal. Chat support representatives simply need to choose an appropriate template response and insert it into the message field. A courteous and supportive demeanor is essential.
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet with steady internet access is necessary to perform this role.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for those new to the field, so comprehensive onboarding is included, and prior experience in live chat support is not required.
Location: Fully remote opportunity (U.S. based candidates preferred)
