We are looking for a friendly, organised Service Writer to join our remote team. In this beginner-friendly role, you will act as the main point of contact between customers and the technicians who care for their vehicles. No prior experience is needed – full training is provided.
What you will do:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns. Write up service orders and explain recommended work clearly. Keep customers updated on progress and costs. Track appointments and keep records accurate. Coordinate with technicians so jobs run smoothly.
Skills/background needed:
Good communication and a helpful attitude. Basic comfort using a computer. Willingness to learn new systems with guidance. Organised and reliable. Full training provided, so no previous service writing experience is required.
Work format: Fully remote – work from home or anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Flexible part-time hours are available.
