We are looking for a technical writer to help developers and users understand our products. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with full training provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
Roles: Write and update product documentation, keep content clear and accurate, and work with engineers, product teams, and support staff to improve the developer experience. Use Google Docs and basic HTML and Markdown editing to format content, and track changes with a project tracking tool.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing.
Skills/background needed: A clear, careful writing style and a willingness to learn. Comfort with basic HTML and Markdown is helpful but not required, and full training is provided. A genuine interest in making technical content easy to understand is a plus.
